The Great Hall

The medieval Great Hall sits at the heart of the Castle. Licensed for civil ceremonies, this historic space provides a unique setting for your marriage.

By choosing to hold your ceremony or blessing within these walls, your special day becomes part of Rockingham Castle’s story, and Rockingham Castle becomes part of yours.

The Great Hall seats up to 90 guests for your ceremony, and smaller parties of up to 60 for your wedding breakfast.

St Leonards Church

For couples considering a church wedding or blessing, Rockingham’s beautiful parish church of St Leonards is the ideal choice. Situated just below the walls of the Castle Courtyard, this seventeenth-century small parish church combines rural and gothic charm.

Consent for the use of St Leonards is by separate arrangement with the parish vicar.
