Snowdrops Garden Open Days


Discover the Magic of Snowdrops at Rockingham Castle This February! 

This February, discover the tranquil beauty of Rockingham Castle’s Wild Garden as Snowdrops bloom in abundance. Follow the Snowdrops Trail; a seasonal highlight that celebrates the promise of new beginnings!

Enjoy a peaceful day surrounded by nature, capture the stunning displays with family and friends, and treat yourself to refreshments from our mobile catering unit. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome, making this the perfect winter outing for all.

There are trails for the children to enjoy through both the wild garden and Formal Gardens. Packs will be given out a the ticket office on arrival.

Please note: This event takes place in our wild garden. Walkways are grassed and can be muddy and/or slippery underfoot depending on the weather, we advise you wear sturdy footwear to enjoy the visit safely.

Please note: This event takes place in our wild garden. Walkways are grassed and can be muddy or slippy underfoot depending on the weather, we advise you wear wellies or sturdy boots! As the ground can be challenging it may not be suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs.

The Castle & Tea Room will be closed during this event. Light refreshments will be available in our mobile catering unit.
